The submission and reviewing procedure of GCH 2016 uses the SRM system of EUROGRAPHICS. Online submission of abstracts and papers is now open on the SRM site, which also provides detailed information about the submission process:

Abstract submission  May 2, 2016  AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Authors are requested to submit an abstract of their paper (in plain text format) by May 2, 2016. The abstract should contain the names and institutions of all the authors, contact information of one contact author (name, e-mail, postal address, phone and fax numbers), the working title, and the abstract of the submission.


Paper submission May 9, 2016 EXTENDED TO MAY 16, 2016

Submitted manuscripts should be prepared for double-blind review, formatted according to the EG publication style and submitted by May 9, 2016. The content must be original work; manuscripts under consideration for another venue will be rejected without review. A submission can be accompanied by electronic supplementary material (e.g. images, video, demo).

Full papers: max 10 pages

Short/Project papers: max 4 pages


Reviewing and Publication

Submitted papers will be carefully reviewed by members of the Program Committee and selected external reviewers.

All the accepted papers will be published by the Eurographics Association and will be stored in the EG Digital Library.

The authors of selected best papers will be invited to submit an extended version to the ACM Journal on Computing and Cultural Heritage (JOCCH, see at
